CELEB STYLE: Beyoncé Wears Victoria Beckham, Lanvin & Nicholas Kirkwood At Obama Fundraiser In NYC
Still sporting her new mommy glow, Beyoncé stepped out in NYC on Monday evening for a fundraiser to support President Obama’s re-election campaign. It was a family affair as the “Love on Top” singer was joined by her mother Tina Knowles, sister Solange, cousin Angie Beyince, and mother-in-law Gloria Carter (Jay-Z’s mom).
The ladies attended a cocktail party hosted by Robert De Niro, and his wife Grace Hightower at Locanda Verde restaurant at De Niro’s Greenwich Hotel. Tickets for the soirée started at $5,000, which included a photo with the first lady. For $25,000 guests were able to have a private meet-and-greet with Mrs. Obama.
For the occasion, Beyoncé wore a figure-flattering 3/4 sleeve navy blue Victoria Beckham sheath dress with Lorraine Schwartz diamond earrings, a Lanvin Swarovski Crystal Eagle Necklace, and Nicholas Kirkwood Satin and Glitter Sandals. She finished the look with blue nail polish —a nod to her daughter Blue Ivy.
Beyoncé is gearing up to get back to work after giving birth to her daughter Blue Ivy in January. She just announced three new concert dates in May, when she’ll perform at Revel’s Ovation Hall in Atlantic City.
