Drake Debuts At No. 1 With “Take Care” X Jay Sends Him A Personal Note
The numbers are in! According to Billboard, Drake’s sophomore effort “Take Care” has landed atop the Billboard 200, moving 631,000 units in its first week to make “Take Care” the third-best-selling album of 2011. This is Drizzy’s second No. 1 album since he debuted on the scene last year with “Thank Me Later.” Currently, he’s working on a joint mixtape with Rick Ross titled “Y.O.LO. (You Only Live Once).” No word yet as to its release date.
Despite all the tension between the two camps, Jay-Z took time out from his Watch The Throne Tour to show Aubrey some love. Peep his personal note to Drake after the cut.
“Monster # comes in. Proud of your journey. Peace, Hov.”
